Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay compensation as per the present market value to the petitioner in respect of his land, occupied by the respondents, comprised in T.S.No.1291/3A, measuring 14 cent (6098.4 sq.ft. / 566.54 sq.mt.), situate at Natham 'B' Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kanchipuram District. For Petitioner : M/s.V.Raghavachari For Respondents : Mr.N.Inbanathan, AGP, for RR1 & 2 Ms.S.R.Sumathy, for RR3 & 4

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 & 4 and perused the materials available on record.

2. The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay compensation as per the present market value for the land of the petitioner in T.S.No.1291/3A, measuring 14 cents in Natham 'B' Village at Chengalpattu Taluk, Kanchipuram District.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the fourth respondent has already paid the entire compensation to the second respondent, but the amount has not been disbursed so far.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the entire compensation amount would be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs.

6. Post the writ petition on 25.09.2018 for reporting compliance.
