Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents, their agents, men, servants or anyone acting through or under them, from in any manner interfering with, entering upon, or otherwise taking possession of, or creating any right, interest or any other encumbrance over the land earmarked as OSR Land situated in Survey Nos.260 (Part), 261/1 (Part), 511/1 (Part) and 511/2A1 (Part) at Thirumudivakkam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, for the purpose of changing the user of the said land, including by way of construction, operation and maintenance of any structure in the nature of a gym or any variant thereof, and consequently to direct the respondents to permit the OSR Land to be maintained as a playground, as sought for in the representation dated 19.10.2017.
