This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3783 of 2023, dated 26.04.2023 by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 02.08.2023, the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- has been deposited before the Court below on 04.08.2023 and a copy of the receipt has also been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above, the suspension of sentence granted in favour of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19735 of 2022 by order dated 15.10.2022 is hereby restored. The other conditions imposed by the Court below while granting suspension of sentence shall be complied with by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
