When the matter came up for hearing on 02.11.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today.

2. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it is presumed by this Court that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the revision. Hence, this Court has got no other option, except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for nonprosecution. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution with the cost of the respondent. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
