2. The learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitons would submit that the tender period expired. Thus, the cause does not exist. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that no order pertaining to blacklisting the petitioners has been submitted.
3. In view of the fact that the cause became vanished, no further 3/5
adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petitions stand closed. If any grievance exist to the petitioners, then the petitioners are at liberty to approach the competent authority. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
