J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.] The appellant/husband filed O.P.No.2262 of 2013 under Section 1/4

10(x)(1b) of the Indian Divorce Act, 1869, for dissolution of marriage that was solemnized on 11.02.2009 between the appellant and respondent. The said O.P. was dismissed by the order dated 12.11.2019. Against the dismissal of O.P., the appellant has come out with the present appeal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both the appellant and respondent appeared before this Court. They were identified by their respective counsel. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant and respondent along with the parties represented that the parties have settled the matter, they are living together and are filing a Joint Memo of Compromise, duly signed by both the appellant as well as respondent and their respective counsel.

Both the appellant and respondent agreed to live together and prayed to dispose of the appeal in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise. 3.The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 05.07.2022, duly signed by both the appellant as well as respondent and their respective counsel is taken on file and the same is recorded.

as the respondent, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Memo of Compromise. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 05.07.2022 shall form part of the decree. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
