Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to extend the time and allow the petitioner to execute the agreement and place the trucks for operation as per Letter of Acceptance (LOA) issued in SRCC/ PT/ 112/ TNSO/ 2020-21 dated 09.04.2021 by accepting the security declaration instead of security deposit and consequently refrain from cancelling the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) or blacklisting the Trucks bearing Registration No.KA01 AJ 3679.

ORDER
The writ of mandamus has been filed to direct the respondents herein to extend the time and allow the petitioner to execute the agreement and place the trucks for operation as per Letter of Acceptance (LOA) issued in SRCC/ PT/ 112/ TNSO/ 2020-21 dated 09.04.2021 by accepting the security declaration instead of security deposit and consequently refrain from cancelling the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) or blacklisting the Trucks bearing Registration No.KA01 AJ 3679.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the tender period expired. Thus, the cause does not exist. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that no order pertaining to blacklisting the petitioner has been submitted.
3. In view of the fact that the cause became vanished, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. If any grievance exist to the petitioner, then the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
