This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.11 of 2018 dated 03.10.2018 on the file of All Women Police Station, Tindivanam and quash the same.

This Court has already dismissed a similar petition filed in Crl OP No.30066 of 2018 by an order dated 21.12.2018. Therefore, this Court does not find any ground to entertain the second quash petition filed by the petitioner, since there are no change in circumstances.
