When the case came up for hearing on earlier occasion on 11.07.2025, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner was directed to cause notice on the learned Government Pleader (Puducherry).
2. Today, 14.07.2025, the learned Counsel submits that she had already served notice as well as the copies of the petition to the Office of the learned Government Advocate (Puducherry). Since it is the petition to condone the delay, the same is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 238 days.
3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of the learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) for the Respondent, when the Appeal is posted before this Court.
4. Post the case before appropriate Bench.
