Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pay the balance award amount and the accrued interest for the gratuity amount of Rs.9,36,459.00, Rs.4,06,980.00, Rs.5,97,780.00 and Rs.5,53,588.00 respectively at the rate of 10% per annum from 01.10.2016, 01.10.2013, 31.07.2016 respectively till the date of payment to the petitioner as per the award dated 20.02.2017 passed in PG. Nos.248, 276, 282 and 283/2016 by the 1st respondent within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
