By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of his representations dated 16.11.2016 and again on 26.02.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 16.11.2016 and 26.02.2018, seeking to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the third respondent. 4. Heard Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representations, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.11.2016 and 26.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice and also affording due an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
