records comprised in the first respondent's impugned letter dated 16.02.2022 and quash the same and consequently directing the Respondent bank to record full satisfaction of all claims and file necessary statutory forms in that regard as also issue No Objection Certificate to the second respondent confirming satisfaction of the loans/ credit facilities in order of the second respondent to release/return all the Security Documents like, Original Title Deeds and the share pledge Documents together with the original Share Certificates and the 1st respondent to release/return the Original Personal Guarantee of directors submitted as security to the working Capital facilities. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the first respondent's impugned letter dated 16.02.2022, and also directing the first respondent bank to issue No Objection Certificate to the second respondent confirming satisfaction of the loans/credit facilities in order to release/return all the security documents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted all the documents have been released in favour of the petitioner.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
