Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner is the organizer of the petition-mentioned religious event and he wants this Court to direct the respondents to grant him permission for the conduct of the same.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the Joint Commissioner, HR&CE Department is seized of the matter, enquiry has already been conducted and final orders will be passed on 28.05.2024.

4. If there is any rival claim or objection from any third quarter, I would leave the decision to the discretion of the second respondent.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner had conducted this event

during the previous occasions, the second respondent shall grant permission to the petitioner on or before 31.05.2024 as prayed for. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
