Crl.M.P.No.6999 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6145 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6145 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6145 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
