This criminal revision has been filed to call for the records relating the order dated 06.04.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.2004 of 2023 in Cr.No.131 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, Villupuram District and set aside the same and direct the respondent herein to return the vehicle namely Toyota Innova 2.5 V, bearing Regn.No.TN 38 AZ 8080.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, with regard to the disputed property, confiscation proceedings has been initiated by the competent authority/Deputy Superintendent of Police, Prohibition and Enforcement Wing, Villupuram District, by proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.114 Thu.Ka.Ka/Ma vi/Vi/2023, dated 19.06.2023 and the same is pending.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the confiscating authority. 28.06.2023 msr To 2/4
