Crl.M.P.No.6975 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6238 of 2023 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6238 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6238 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
