This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records in C.C.No.151/2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam and to quash the same.

2. This Court has called for the report from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam as to the stage of the proceedings in C.C.No.151 of 2009.

3. Vide report dated 16/3/2016, it is submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam that the said case, after trial has ended in acquittal, vide judgment dated 25/3/2010.
