JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed, challenging the correctness of the impugned award dated 23.04.2013 made in G.W.O.P. No.10/2012 on the file of the District Judge, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District.

2.When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents made a joint statement before this Court that after a persuasion, both parties have come together to give a quietus to the matter and a compromise has been reached between both parties and finally the custody of the child has been given to the appellant/father.
