O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 4 (1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.1384 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent/Inspector of Police was on usual rounds they found that the Petitioner was in possession of 20 litres of ID Arrack. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Proseuctor submitted that the petitioner was in possession of 20 liters of ID Arrack and he has four previous cases pending against him. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Taking into account the facts of the case and the petitioners petitioner is having four previous cases to his credit, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
