This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry for the fradulent mutation in favour of the 2nd and 3rd Respondents vide RPT No.1560/2012 based on the representation of the petitioner to the 1st Respondent dated 12.03.2020 pertaining to the petitioner's late father's property being land admeasuring 2456 sq.ft comprised in Old Survey No.325/3 and 4 and presently Town Survey No.126, Jameen Pallavaram Village, in accordance with the law within the time period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 12.03.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of TSLR patta issued in favour of the second and third respondents.

Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has called the parties for enquiry and the next date of enquiry is fixed on 13.11.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
counsel submitted that the enquiry will be conducted after giving opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3 and the final orders will be passed within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the first respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conduct enquiry, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3 and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
