ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 430 of I.P.C read with Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.153 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused attempted to prepare artificial sand. Hence the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are thirteen previous cases pending as against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the allegations and also the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
