This petition is filed to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Sathiyaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served upon the respondent, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 57 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 57 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
