When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this Writ petitioner, the 2nd respondent took language test and was subsequently made permanent on 07.09.2016, hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
