O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 03.09.2020 and provide the police protection to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased the property from one Ganesan, thereafter, the petitioner also taken possession of the said property. All the Revenue Developments are commuted in the name of the petitioner. While being so, the counter parties have illegally taken possession and refuse to vacate this property. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 03.09.2020 and issued C.S.R.No.271 of 2020.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he issued https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.S.R.No.271 of 2020 which is pending on the file of the second respondent. On Perusal of the records which shows that the petitioner purchased the property and thereafter, the counter parties are taken possession and they were in possession of the property. Therefore, the petitioner has to file a suit for appropriate relief.
