O R D E R

The petitioner has moved the present Civil Revision Petition seeking earlier disposal of the case in F.C.O.P.No.200 of 2015, pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet praying for Restitution of Conjugal Rights.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this revision is pending before the Family Court for filing counter.

3. Considering the submission made by the petitioner, it is necessary for giving a direction to the Family Court, Chengalpet for early disposal of the case in F.C.O.P.No.200 of 2015. Accordingly, the learned Family Judge, Chengalpet, is directed to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.200 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
