O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2022 and give the police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of the FIR, it appears that there is a registered mortgaged deed executed by the defacto complainant and the respondents are alleged to have threatened her in order to extract more money. Hence, the petitioner seeks for a police protection.

4. At the outset, such a blanket order cannot be granted. This is purely a money dispute. Further, already the police has registered FIR against the respondents 3 to 8 and subsequently, the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent 3 to 8 has been cancelled merely on the ground of certain allegations made by the borrower.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
