These two applications are necessitated owing to the death of the 2nd respondent, Noel John Pinto and seeking to implead his legal representatives as further respondents in the original petition. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The original petition has been filed, seeking Letters of Administration. Naturally, if any one of the parties unfortunately died pending proceedings, it would only be proper that the legal representatives are impleaded. Viewed from that angle, both these applications are allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title to the original application.

6.The learned counsel for the petitioner may file an amended petition copy on 13.10.2022.
