2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents no.1 & 2 has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. The petitioner would state that due to continuous illness and the need to mobilize the funds, delay of 127 days occurred in preferring the civil miscellaneous appeal.

5. Accepting the averments made in the petition filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 127 days is hereby condoned.
