This application is filed seeking to raise the order of attachment dated 25.04.2017 made in A.No.6009 of 2016 attaching the immovable properties morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. It is stated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of the application that pursuant to the order of attachment dated 25.04.2017, the matter was settled by the respondents. In view of the above settlement, the attachment is unnecessary.

3. Hence, the order of attachment passed in A.No.6009 of 2016 is raised and vacated and the application is ordered. 02.07.2019 rsi Note:

(i) The Registry is directed to communicate the order through District Court, Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
