This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.512 of 2023 dated 19.01.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
