This petition has been filed praying to quash the FIR in crime No.80 of 2023 registered by the first respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing investigation in crime No.80 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police, final report was filed and the same was taken cognizance in CC.No.390 of 2025 by the Special Court for CCB and CBCID Cases, Alandur.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
