2.It is the case of the petitioner that he is a retired teacher and he was in absolute possession and enjoyment of 4 cents of land in Natham S.No.393/1A. While so, on 18.05.2017, he submitted a petition to respondents 1 and 2 to issue a 'B' Memo in his favour to recognise his possession for the said cents. Though he is ready to pay cess tax for the said lands, his request has not been considered till date.
3.When it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was in absolute possession and enjoyment of 4 cents of land in Natham S.No.393/1A, he is duty bound to produce some documents to substantiate his claim showing that the petitioner was in possession and enjoyment of the same, but he has not produced any such document. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to accept the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
