Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S KRISHNASAMY CHINNASAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11000 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 417, 420, 294(b), 506(ii) and 509 of IPC in Crime No.1 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of charge sheet.
