This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner's family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the son of the petitioner involved in the case of murder in Crime No.1051 of 2020 for the registered major offence under Section 302 of IPC on the file of the second respondent in which he is arrayed as second accused. Therefore, the son of the petitioner is being as accused in Crime No.1051 of 2020. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted and the same is liable to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
