This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6322 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 am.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6322 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once a week until further orders.
