CRIME NO.742 OF 2020.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in Crl.OP.No.11269/2020 by this Court by order dated 29.07.2020 made (b) Thereafter, the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal within a period of two weeks after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Courts normal functioning whichever is earlier, failing which the bail granted by this Court shall stand dismissed automatically. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 29.07.2020 this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to execute the sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties. All other conditions remain unaltered.
