ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Hosur, Krishnagiri to expedite and dispose of the suit in OS.No.106 of 2015 within a time frame to be fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 filed a suit in O.S.No.106 of 2015 against the 1 st respondent seeking declaration, declaring that the sale deed dated 08.10.2010 executed by one Thimmakka in favour of the 1 st respondent/ defendant as null and void, declaration of the title of the property in favour of the plaintiffs and also for injunction. The suit is of the year 2015. A perusal of

the typed set of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that trial of the suit was commenced in January 2023 itself. However, there is no substantial progress thereafter. Taking into consideration the year of the suit and also the fact that the pleadings of the parties are already completed, this court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif, Hosur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.106 of 2015, as early as possible.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
