Crl.M.P.No.8509 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.235 of 2021 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.

AND A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This is the third petition seeking suspension of sentence and bail and the second petition was rejected by a detailed order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.11093 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.235 of 2021.

2.

Since this Court has already considered the case on merits and rejected the plea of the petitioner by refusing to suspend the sentence and grant bail, we are not inclined to entertain the present criminal miscellaneous petition for suspension of sentence and the same stands dismissed.

The Registry is directed to prepare the typed set of papers at the earliest point of time and post the main appeal for final hearing in the usual course.
