The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 326, 506(ii) IPC connected with 3(1) (x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Attrocities) Act 1989 and section 436 IPC seek a direction to the learned District Judge, Chengleput, Kancheepuram District, to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.490 of 2014 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned District Judge, Chengleput, Kancheepuram District, there shall be a direction to the learned District Judge, Chengleput, Kancheepuram District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
