The Hon'ble Supreme Court has remanded the matter vide order dated 23.07.2024 with the specific direction that the High Court to decide the petitions expeditiously and in any case within a period of three months, from today (23.07.2024).

2. After remand, matter been taken up for consideration before this Court and on 06.09.2024, 15.09.2024 and 19.10.2024, the case has been heard in part. Since, this Court requires written submissions from the prosecution as well as defacto complainant, so as to arrive at decision whether civil dispute been given criminal colour or has any element of commission of cognizable offence, the matter is adjourned to 04.11.2024 at the request of the Learned Counsel for the defacto complainant who seeks time to file written submission after the Diwali vacation.
