The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to call for the records in Cr.No.251 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.251 of 2014 under sections 143, 294(b) and 188 IPC the first respondent had completed investigation and filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakari. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.251 of 2014, nothing survives in this petition and the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
