ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition case has been filed seeking to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi, to dispose of OS No. 673 of 2024 as expeditiously within the time frame by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact that the first defendant is a senior citizen, is also the father of the plaintiff and his daughters are filing the suit to continuously harass him, this Court directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi, to dispose of OS No. 673 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
