Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 6 to consider the representation dated 16.04.2024 made by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 1 / 4

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 5 and 6 have put up a wall across the land purchased by the petitioner in Ward-2, Block No.36 comprised in Survey No.2582, Walajah Town and that it has to be removed. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 16.04.2024.

3. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent shall issue notice to all the interested parties before passing final orders. With the above direction to the fourth respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
