Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 03.11.2017 for free scholarship of first graduate scheme and to disburse the arrears in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.85 of the Higher Education(J2)Department dated 16.04.2010.

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 03.11.2017 for free scholarship of first graduate scheme and to disburse the arrears in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.85 of the Higher Education(J2) Department dated 16.04.2010. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners submitted a representation to the first respondent dated 03.11.2017, seeking free educational scholarship of first graduate scheme and the said representation is yet to be considered by the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the respective respondent has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel on either sides, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 03.11.2017 in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.85, Higher Education(J2) Department dated 16.04.2010 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
