2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal against the notice dated 28.05.2019 issued by the first respondent i.e., the District Magistrate and Collector, Salem. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.15818 of 2019 is closed.
