Crl.M.P.No.7039 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9377 of 2023 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9377 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9377 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Mahalingapuram police station, Pollachi, Coimbatore District everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
