O R D E R

This revision seeks a direction to II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.4020 of 2012 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Learned senior counsel for petitioner informs that H.M.O.P.No.4020 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai, has been moved by respondent/husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights and the case is at the stage of cross-examination of respondent/husband. The petition for divorce filed by petitioner/wife is pending before the same Court in F.C.O.P.No.1521 of 2013.

4. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings in the case reveals that there is much delay without any progress over a substantial period. In such circumstances, this Court would direct learned II Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of both the cases as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
