Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.401/2/DnV/AE/Sub.Div.IV/15 Form B dated 21/9/2015 issued by the respondent herein and quash the same and to direct the respondent herein to allow the superstructure extension about 60 sq.feet attached with the petitioners allotment by the Slum Clearance Board situated in Ku.No.1, Block No.10, Jogi Garden, Nandhanam, Chennai 600 035 raised by the petitioner herein in the public place on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26/8/2015.

Mr.R.V.Babu, learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, submits that the impugned order dated 21 September 2015, which was passed, without recording reasons, is decided to have been recalled by the respondent and the respondent be permitted to pass a fresh and reasoned order on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26 August 2015.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, it is not necessary to adjudicate the issue at this stage.
