PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the detention made in Memo No.454/B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V/2024 dated 06.05.2024 passed by the Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai, Vepery, Chennai-7 the second respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Hon'ble Court and set the detenue Thirumathi. Jayanthi, W/o.Raji, aged 55 years now confined in Special Prison for Women, Puzhal, Chennai and set her at liberty.
