At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that in the order of this Court dated 24.02.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.30437 of 2015, the satisfaction Court had been typed wrongly.

3.In the light of the above, in paragraph 6, 5th line of the order dated 24.02.2016, the satisfaction Court, shall read as "learned Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur, Ariyalur District"

instead of "learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore". Time granted by this Court on 24.02.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.30437 of 2015 to execute the order shall stand further extended for a period of two weeks from the date on which, the copy of the order is made ready, on payment that the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand Only] to "TAMIL NADU HARIJAN SEVAK SANGH, NO.58, VENKATANARAYANA ROAD, T.NAGAR, CHENNAI - 600 017, MOBLIE NO.99946 57433".

4.Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after incorporating the above corrections.
